It all began in 2019 when we started noticing numerous issues within the exempt accommodation sector. Listening to tenants, housing providers, social workers, CPN's, and hospital discharge teams, we realised there was a need for change. That's when roommatch.co.uk was born. 

 

After a couple of very successful years, we was excited to take the next step in supporting housing providers by helping them embrace digital solutions. The sector has traditionally been slow to evolve, relying on outdated computer systems and paper-based processes.
